About the role: This is a position for Oracle BRM architect having hands on experience in configuring, deploying and maintaining Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Pricing Design Center (PDC) and ECE across Windows, Unix based Environments. It will be preferable to have performance tuning experience in BRM and Integration with other applications such as Order and Service Management (OSM) OR Fusion AIA.



Qualifications

  • 13-15 years of industry experience working on BRM/ECE/PDC with good domain knowledge on BSS/OSS.
  • Strong C, C++ programming skills and knowledge on Java technologies. Experience in C/C++, Oracle 12c/19c, PL / SQL, PCM Java, BRM Webservice, Scripting language (perl/python).
  • Strong understanding of BRM Architecture and experience working on BRM configurations for Real time / offline Rating, Product configuration using PDC, Real time/Batch rating, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Payment Handling, Taxation, Invoicing Customization, Discount Configuration.
  • Exposure of Customer implementations for two or more BRM implementations
  • Policy customization using PCM C or PCM Java, Writing MTAs
  • Domain Knowledge of Convergent billing and the various modules involved in the same
  • Hands-on working experience on BRM CNE.
  • Strong charging experience in ECE and pricing configuration using PDC.
  • Exposure to one of the configuration and release management tool like SVN, GIT, CVS etc. Exposure to any of defect tracking tool like Jira, Redmine etc.Strong Delivery experience and should be able to manage a team of 10-15+ people to deliver Telco BSS projects and manage customer stakeholder, internal stakeholders.
  • Should be able to support pre-sales activities and run customer demos.
  • Domain knowledge on Pre-paid, Post-paid Billing areas for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service provider.
  • Good problem solving, troubleshooting & communication skills.
  • Knowledge on deploying Billing and Revenue Management on premise and/or cloud infrastructure.
  • Should have customer-facing skills and should be able to drive workshops with the customer using Oracle tools, technologies, products, and methodologies.
  • Should have experience working on waterfall or Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects and should be flexible to work on DevOps environment.
  • Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Exposure working with cloud tools, technologies and framework
