At New Relic, Product Managers are leaders with vision, strategic thinking, customer obsession, bias for action, and passion for data-driven decisions. In this role, you will be the leader and subject matter expert of the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) market. You will independently lead strategic initiatives and innovations and will represent the voice of New Relic customers and partners.What you'll do

Drive vision and strategy for the next set of innovations in the New Relic APM product portfolioBe an expert for the APM market, customer and partner needs, competitive trends, and industry innovationsBuild cutting-edge APM solutions leveraging monetization, AI/ML, public cloud, and security advancements, and be responsible for building, launching, and growing the products that you buildConduct customer research, pilots, and business impact analysis, and identify new business opportunities and customer requirementsPartner closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, sales, and other product teams to deliver end-to-end value for our usersBuild a data-driven roadmap, defining, analyzing, and reporting product metrics to meet your OKRsChallenge the status quo and drive outcomesMentor, coach, and uplift other team membersThis role requires

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Computer Science background preferred5+ years of experience building and launching technical products as a Product ManagerAbility to analyze data and use it to deliver delightful capabilitiesAbility to engage with customers to identify customer requirements and shipping-engaging experiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to bring clarity in ambiguityExperience in working in an agile environment and well familiar with 2w sprints agile methodology and ceremoniesAbility to write product strategy and roadmap and clearly describe initiatives via customer value proposition to users' journey.Bonus points if you have

Experience in Generative AI and public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) infrastructure servicesExperience with business systems like Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and SnowflakeExperience in securityPrior SaaS product experience with a developer personaExperience with observability products/toolsExperience with enterprise productsExperience with SaaS billing models and monetization of featuresHands-on experience in writing SQL and analyzing different sets of dataHands-on experience working with design, build wireframe and clearly articulating the user journeyExperience working with diverse stakeholders like Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer SuccessFostering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment is important to us.
