What are we looking for?Information Security Awareness:

Understanding of basic security concepts including confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA Triad), risk management and security controls.

Security monitoring and Incident Response:

Ability to monitor security events analyze logs, respond to security incident in timely manner and ensuring Business continuity.

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

Understanding of IAM principles including authentication authorization and identity federation as well as experience with IAM solutions like single sign on (SSO) and multi factor authentication (MFA).

Security Compliance:

Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, KISMS and experience in ensuring compliance with these standards.

Encryption and Cryptography:

Knowledge of encryption algorithms, key management, and cryptographic protocols to protect data in transit and at rest.

Vulnerability Management:

Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in systems and applications.

Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking:

Experience in conducting penetration tests and ethical hacking exercise to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in systems and networks.

Cyber Security Architecture:

Experience in mapping, analyzing, and designing cyber security architecture thereby ensuring network security, Data Security, application security and Regulatory compliance.

Cyber Security management:

Hands on experience in cybersecurity program management, third party risk management, Asset and Configuration Management.

Certifications:

Professional certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information systems security professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or equivalent.

What will you do?At IC-CRL, you will:

Be responsible for the delivery of business results to global Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics clients.Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions.Develop and implement security policies procedures and standards to safeguard the organization information assets and systems.Monitor network traffic and security logs for signs of suspicious activity and respond to security incidents according to establish incident response procedures.Configure and manage security tools and technologies including firewalls and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions.Conduct security awareness training programs to educate employees about security best practices and reduce security risks.Conduct regular security assessments including vulnerability scans penetration tests and security audits to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.Provide guidance and support to IT and business teams on security - related matters including secure software development matters, data protection and compliance requirements.Execute static application security testing (SAST) and dynamic application security testing (DAST)Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices through continuous leading and participation in security forums.Participate in a variety of firm building events.
