Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and creative Photographer & Videographer who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling visual content for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, an artistic eye, and the ability to work in fast-paced production environments. Key Responsibilities Photography Shoot high-quality images for fashion, jewellery, product, food, lifestyle, and e-commerce projects. Plan lighting setups and compositions for studio and outdoor shoots. Retouch and edit images to deliver final output as per brand guidelines. Maintain consistency in visual style across all client projects. Videography Shoot cinematic videos for brand films, social media content, ads, product videos, and events. Operate professional cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment. Edit videos with transitions, effects, sound design, and colour grading. Support in script execution, shot planning, and storyboarding. Production & Coordination Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, models, and clients during shoots. Scout locations, prepare equipment, and ensure smooth shoot operations. Manage raw files, maintain backups, and organise project folders. Ensure all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. Skills & Requirements 2–3 years of experience in photography and videography (studio or agency experience preferred). Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting systems, lenses, and audio gear. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve (added advantage). Creative mindset with attention to detail, framing, and colour aesthetics. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects. Portfolio showcasing photography and video work is mandatory. Preferred Qualities Strong aesthetic sense and eye for storytelling. Passionate about trends in fashion, luxury, and visual content. Good communication and teamwork skills.
