Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor  to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of professional experience in handling corporate legal matters, drafting legal documents, agreements, and compliance-related forms. The role requires a thorough understanding of corporate laws and regulations, contract management, and legal risk mitigation. The candidate must possess an LLB degree and be registered with a recognized Bar or legal counsel from Noida/Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
·     Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and business-related legal matters.
·   Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents (e.g., MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, employment contracts).
·       Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
·       Handle corporate governance and assist with regulatory filings and legal procedures.
·       Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business and recommend necessary actions.
·       Mitigate legal risks through preventive measures and prepare strategies for dispute resolution.
·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all legal documentation aligns with business objectives.
·       Manage external counsel and handle litigation and dispute management when required.
·       Prepare compliance reports and maintain proper records of legal activities and documentation.
·       Conduct legal research to ensure the company operates within legal frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills:
·       LLB degree from a recognized university.
·       Must not be in personal legal assistant job currently
·     6-8 years of experience in corporate law in legal advisory roles and 1-2 years working on any Managerial position.
·       Strong knowledge of contract drafting, corporate governance, and compliance management.
·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
·       Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
·       Familiarity with regulatory filings and litigation processes is a plus.
·       Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
