Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Anantapur. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, and other platforms to source qualified candidates for diverse roles. Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant tracking systems to keep track of candidate progress. Job Advertising: Draft and post compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse and talented candidate pool. Market Research: Analyze local employment trends and talent pools to support strategic recruitment planning. Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and refine the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Prior experience in recruitment or a strong desire to build a career in talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
