The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, an eye for detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools like Figma or Dreamweaver.Key Responsibilities:- Design engaging visual assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and offline branding.- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand creative requirements.- Conceptualize and design visual stories that align with the brand tone and campaign goals.- Work on logos, illustrations, infographics, web layouts, and promotional creatives.- Ensure design consistency across all digital and offline mediums.- Adapt existing designs for different formats while maintaining brand integrity.- Stay updated on design trends, color psychology, and typography.- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.️ Required Skills & Tools:- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver.- Working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.- Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.- Experience in digital and print media.- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and motion graphics (a plus).- Strong communication and visual storytelling ability.
