As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for translating user needs into effective product design solutions while working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design efforts for the app, from initial concept to final implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design strategies that align with user needs and business objectives.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that demonstrate design concepts and solutions.
Ensure designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and are adaptable across different devices and platforms.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and ensure a high-quality user experience.
Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across the app.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in product design, particularly for mobile and web applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, with a focus on mobile apps.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.- Ability to facilitate productive design discussions and be an active listener.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions.
A sharp aesthetic sense with the ability to craft detailed, visually appealing designs.
Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on AI-powered applications or platforms.
Knowledge of motion design and interaction design principles.
Previous experience in designing social networking or community-building apps.
