Role description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will work with the team to cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Rigorously following up on leads via channels like phone calls, WhatsApp, emails etc.- Effectively communicating the curriculum and its USPs to clients- Following SOP to achieve weekly targets and goals- End-to-end operations support for student enrollments

Eligibility criteria:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role with an EdTech- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure- Proficient in Google Sheets and related software

Work Requirements:

- This is a work-from-office role- Candidates will be required to come to the office 6 days a week- Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore

Office location: BHIVE Workspace HSR 27th Main, 2nd Sector, ITI Layout, Sector 7, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

Commercials: 6 - 7 LPA ;

3.5 - 4 LPA (Fixed) + 2.5 - 3 LPA (Variable)

Start Date: Immediate to no later than 1 month
