Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop advanced X++ custom logic for Dynamics 365 Finance and HR modules.Build complex functionality such as payroll posting logic , HR service request automation , and financial process automation.Integrate external systems (Payroll, Attendance, HRMS, etc.) using APIs, OData services, and Azure Logic Apps.Develop and maintain SSRS reports and support Power BI data modeling and analytics.Troubleshoot system issues, perform performance optimization, and ensure upgrade-safe development.Customize forms, workflows, security roles, automation rules , and other system components.Use Azure Dev Ops for version control, branching, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and code reviews.Work with SQL, Java Script, CRM SDK , and related technologies as needed.Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience in X++ development for Dynamics 365 F&O.Proven experience in integrations, automation, and enterprise-grade customizations.Proficiency in SSRS, SQL, OData, Azure Logic Apps , and related technologies.Good understanding of D365 Finance & HR processes.Experience with Azure Dev Ops (pipelines, branching, code reviews).Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.CertificationsMB-300 (Mandatory)MB-310 – PreferredMB-920 – PreferredMB-700 – Preferred
