Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Mitigate Fraud: Detect and address fraudulent activities for push payment methods like PIX and Interac.
  • Implement Risk Strategies: Develop and apply logic to target bad actors and manage high-risk behaviors.
  • Analyze Data: Measure and report on fraud performance across European payment methods, creating dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Enhance Monitoring: Proactively close gaps and scale processes to improve risk coverage.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Engineering teams to advance risk management strategies.
  • Communicate Insights: Translate data findings into compelling stories for Payments Risk leadership and relevant banking partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in fraud prevention within e-commerce or financial services.
  • Expertise in SQL and data analysis, with experience in Looker, Tableau , or similar BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of push payment processes and associated risks.
  • Strong independent project management skills and the ability to foster team collaboration.
  • Exceptional storytelling and data visualization abilities.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
