Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure such as roads, bridges, dams, water supply systems, and other public and private sector projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency with design software, and the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects ensuring compliance with government regulations and environmental, safety, and structural standards.
  • Prepare site layout plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections.
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools for modeling and design.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality control, safety standards, and sustainability goals are met.
  • Oversee repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects.

equired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters preferred for some roles).

  • Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
