Your Role as a Telecaller (CUET Vertical)

As the first point of contact, you'll be the voice of FPA Edutech for students and parents exploring CUET preparation. Your goal? Build trust, guide them with clarity, and help them make informed choices about their academic future.

What you'll do:

  • Call and connect with prospective students/parents interested in CUET courses.
  • Provide accurate information about CUET programs, admission process, and career pathways.
  • Identify student needs and recommend the right program (think of it as career matchmaking).
  • Nurture leads by maintaining follow-ups until conversion into admission.
  • Update and manage CRM records of all conversations and leads.
  • Support counsellors and academic teams in ensuring smooth admission and onboarding.
  • Represent FPA's values with professionalism, empathy, and a student-first mindset.
