JOB TITLE: Senior Technology Business Analyst JOB TYPE: Permanent (Hybrid) LOCATION: Bengaluru EXPERIENCE: 8+ years SUMMARY: We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Cards Retail Banking, specifically with Vision Plus and/or P1 C platforms. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements, and to design and deliver high-quality solutions that support card processing systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis practices, project lifecycles, and experience leading teams in Agile and traditional environments. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: § Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. § Analyse business problems and assess solution impacts across systems and operations. § Document scope, objectives, and benefits using structured modelling techniques. § Lead strategic planning and contribute to technology direction for card systems. § Design and deliver business solutions integrated with Vision Plus and/or P1 C. § Support implementation, testing, and user acceptance of new products and features. § Facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery phases. § Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint goals. § Apply SQL to support data-driven feature prioritisation and decision-making. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: § 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking or Cards Domain. § Hands-on experience with Vision Plus and/or P1 C card processing platforms. § Strong skills in requirement elicitation, process mapping or solution design. § Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. § Solid understanding of Agile (e.g., LEAN, Kanban) and traditional methodologies. § Proficiency in tools like JIRA for Agile project tracking. § Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels. § Experience in managing teams and driving delivery outcomes. § Knowledge of business process re-engineering, data analysis, and change management.
