Experience :

- 4 to 12 years in Firmware, C, C++, Device driver, and Communication Protocols

- Having experience in implementing software for embedded devices, maintaining complete firmware development life cycle, Analyzing and enhancing efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources

- Industry Preferences: Defence, Railways companies

Key Result/ Responsibility Areas (KRA) :

- Designing and implementing software for embedded devices.

- Development of Drivers for the Embedded Platforms

- Analyzing and enhancing efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.

- Maintain complete firmware development life cycle, system-level documentation, and document version management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) :

- Firmware development as per the time schedule. Measurement: OTD (On-Time Delivery (OTD)

- Bug free Firmware development for drivers. Measurement: Number of Bugs post-release.

- Documentation of the Firmware developed. Measurement: Documentation Compliance at the time of Release.
