Brand Services Management
As part of the Brand Services team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of projects across assigned brands and clients. This includes building strong client relationships, owning strategic and creative outputs, and overseeing all aspects of delivery - from scoping and time management to final execution. You will play a critical role in developing trusted client partnerships, inspiring creative teams, and driving both creative output and measurable results. You’ll ensure every solution is delivered to the highest standards on time, with impact. Your performance will shape client success and position Sunny Side Up as a go-to creative partner.
What will you do
- Take complete ownership of the solutioning lifecycle - from brief to final output.
 - Build and manage collaborative relationships with external stakeholders (clients, media, tech, production partners) and internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Finance).
 - Proactively manage all aspects of the project process: scoping, estimation, timelines, SOW documentation, internal WIPs, resourcing, brainstorming, client presentations, status reports, budget tracking, invoicing, and collections.
 - Understand client challenges in the context of their business and market landscape.
 - Anticipate roadblocks and upcoming needs - and proactively solve for them.
 - Identify new opportunities where the agency can add value and expand its scope of work.
 - Provide consistent and clear status reports.
 - Develop case studies for all key projects.

 - Bring a collaborative mindset and value diverse viewpoints within teams.
 - Stay calm under pressure and manage complexity across multiple, parallel projects.
 - Be a natural relationship builder.
 
What you’ll need
Depending on your experience from 2 to 4 years , you may need some or all of the following. But if you're just starting out, what matters most is your mindset, skill, and hunger to solve problems creatively.
- Experience in managing consumer-facing and/or business-facing brands in an advertising, creative, or digital agency.
 - Experience across advertising, social media, digital marketing, and/or design-led brand projects.
 - Case studies of delivering integrated, cross-platform campaigns.
 - Experience in building presentations and articulating strategy and creative ideas effectively.
