We're are expanding and looking for a passionate Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Design Engineer located in Surat. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems, including power distribution, in various projects. The role involves collaborating with the engineering team, creating engineering drawings, conducting electrical calculations, and ensuring compliance with various industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare electrical load calculations, reports, construction drawings, and specifications.- Maintains current knowledge of technologies and trends, as they apply to the applicable project and market types, and continually strengthen skills.- Develop designs through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats- Prepares and revise documentation in various project phases including site plans, floor plans, diagrams, and details.- Coordinates with other building disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent.- Assists in the evaluation and selection of building electrical systems and materials.- Attends project coordination meetings with internal team members and external consultants.- Apply technical expertise while leading cross-functional resources to meet project requirements within established timeframes and budget.- Required software expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, Visual lighting, AGI 32, Dialux, Energypro, Comcheck, Microsoft office suite.

Qualifications: Your capabilities & credentials

- Thorough understanding of electrical engineering concepts and ability to effectively communicate ideas to others.- In-depth knowledge of construction processes.- Ability to integrate design elements with other disciplines.- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.- Solid understanding and knowledge of power distribution systems, lighting systems, and low voltage systems for the built environment.- Ability to apply sustainable design principles within projects.- Recognizes when technical problems are developing and initiates appropriate corrective actions.- Detail-oriented with the ability to check work for accuracy and completeness.- Ability to take direction, follow process, and accept feedback and suggestions from Senior Engineers.- Collaborative and creative mindset.
