UI/UX Designer – LINKS4ENGG

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India

LINKS4ENGG is looking for a
creative and passionate UI/UX Designer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should not only be skilled in design tools but also have the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into user-friendly interfaces, and deliver exceptional experiences—on time and beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
  • Design intuitive, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
    (and other relevant tools).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience
    as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision
    (or similar tools).
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to translate business problems into intuitive design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of exceeding expectations.
