What You’ll Do:
To provide creative design solutions, ensuring briefs are met to the highest standards and delivered to schedule. This will require collaboration with colleagues across the business.
Work will involve a mixture of advertising, design concepts, creation of social media assets, rich media advertising, email, also animation, interactive online design and info-graphic design. And will include more traditional design, layout and typographical work.
Support the APJ team in delivering end-to-end design solutions across various media, screens, formats and technologies.
Participate in studio-wide creative processes, such as the giving and receiving of feedback on selected creative output; brainstorms for priority projects; reviews of studio practice.
What You’ll Bring:
5-6 years of experience for designing for digital media.
Brainstorm and develop visuals that align with the creative brief.
Be an exceptional creative designer with a solid agency background.
Be proficient across the Adobe Suite.
Have strong layout, typographic, and visualising skills.
Be able to interrogate and challenge briefs.
Be self-motivated – able to prioritise within their own workload.
Have excellent attention to detail as well as strong organisational and time planning skills.
Be able to work to brand guidelines and specific briefs, ensuring that production deadlines are met and that creative services teams are updated of project progress along the way.
Dare to challenge the norms and understand when and how to stretch your creativity.
Proactive, collaborative and contributing ideas during the brainstorming session.
Keep up to date with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and resources.
Be able to collaborate with front-end developers to finalise and implement elements of UI.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT is a plus.
Experience with Adobe AfterEffects is a plus.
