US Bench Sales Executive / Sales Recruiter

Description :

  • Need candidate with min 8-12 years of experience in US bench sales and business development activity
  • Senior Bench Sales executive will be responsible for handling bench sales marketing and sourcing job requirements from clients, prime vendors, and vendors for submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates for the consultants, following up on interview schedules, and placing the consultants.
  • Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into the best possible projects.
  • Candidate has to develop and maintain good relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, maintaining, and building the candidate database.
  • Posting the resume on all job portals.
  • Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.
  • Should be able to work for an H1B Transfer consultant along with all other visa consultants.
  • Ability to interact, develop Vendor networks, and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
  • Well-versed with Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B, GC, EAD, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT)
  • Gathering requirements from Vendors of clients, Job portals, and other networking techniques
  • Knowledge of Job Portals like of Dice, Monster, Career Builder,
  • Regular interaction with consultants and identifying their needs and getting them to project accordingly.
  • Experienced with the full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates, following up on interview schedules, and closing the deals.
