They provide online mobile payment services, offering a payment interface that directly charges payments made to participating retailers to a customer mobile phone number. Their clients include leading digital companies, social networks and major e-commerce retailers. The Company has developed an accessible technology platform which is an interface for consumers, and links the phone carrier (Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, EE etc.) together with global merchants (Google, Apple, Spotify, etc.) allowing these merchants to accept payments from anyone with a mobile phone
Position Title : Software Development Engineer (PIE)
Qualifications : bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer science Engineering or Information Technology.
Experience : 3-4 years

Job Brief :
- Overall experience of 8+ years in Quality Assurance and Testing with relevant 3-5 years hands on experience in Automation.
- Strong experience in Automated Testing of Enterprise Class and Financial application and web portals.
- Expert in Automation using Java/ groovy/ Python & Automation framework development with HANDS-ON.
- Expert in UI Automation using tools like Selenium web driver & Automation framework development with HANDS-ON.
- Proficient in Java as programming language.
- Good experience in understanding the requirements, deriving the goals and taking ownership of tasks.
- Expert in API testing (manual and automation) using Rest Assured frameworks and Ready API/ Postman.
- Exposure and know-how of performance testing and security testing tools.
- Knowledge of AWS / Cloud would be a plus.
- hould be self-driven engineer with desire to use practical and professional concepts in QA along with application of QA standards and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Should be able to write use cases based on product requirements, execute them and report issues in bug tracking system.
- Should be self-starter, lead and self-contributing to the QA team to build robust and flexible Automated Testing Framework.
- Helps QA community to learn Automation, impart necessary technical knowledge.
- Hands-on current experience authoring, building and adopting large scale, cross-functional automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across back-end integration, database levels, UI.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD process and instrument full SDLC automation, specifically cloud testing execution, reporting tools such as ALM, Jira.
- Improve process and quality via test and process automation: defining right strategy and technology based on process and architecture assessment by engaging different roles and stakeholders.
- Deep practical experience with cutting edge tools for Web, Mobile, Desktop, DB and Web-service testing (Selenium, Katalon, Ready API/ Postman etc.)
- Experience using SQL regarding writing and understanding queries and procedures.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build third-party web-service integration.
- Build layered, component-based, service-oriented architectures
- Engage in all phases of software development lifecycle from design to development and testing
- Independently leads a team to deliver a medium or large size project from inception to postproduction implementation
- Mentors and coaches' junior engineers. Enables team members to be more effective
- Apply agile methodologies. Coordinate with a skilled team of engineers
- Develop new features and enhance existing applications
- Help troubleshoot production issues
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering role
- Java/JEE technologies as the main software development language
- Knowledge of 3rd party web services across technologies like REST, SOAP
- Spring and Guice for Enterprise integration/design patterns including dependency injection and inversion-of-control.
- JMS, Active MQ, and WebSphere for messaging system development and design- Agile methodologies of software development
- Software development tools such as JPA, Hibernate, Spring/Guice, MySQL, JUnit, and Maven. Knowledge of Linux fundamentals
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Has worked for a US-based company in the US or has exposures working with a US-based company.
- Very good hands-on and good knowledge of backend testing procedures, API testing with Rest Assured or Katalon tool, Automation using Selenium Web driver or Katalon tool, Exposure to test management and bug tracking tool (like ALM, Testrail, X-Ray, JIRA or others), Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge regarding financial services, and workflows, payment gateways, e-wallets etc.
