About the Job: Greetings from Teamware Solutions a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt Ltd Job Description: Role : Procure-to-Pay Experience: 2-5 Yrs Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Open Positions - 17+ Interview Mode: Virtual Interview Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days preferred Connect for Faster Comm Linked In Job Description : Mandatory Skills: Requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of operational experience working for a captive shared service center or third-party outsourcer Demonstrates a working knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes including execution of generating purchase orders (“POs”), supplier master data maintenance, invoice receipt and scanning, invoice processing, payment processing, administration, Accounts Payable query management, and Account Payable period-end support Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP (Accounts Payable/Procurement modules) Nice to Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) process with a focus on Non-PO invoices Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP (Accounts Payable/Procurement modules) Understanding of chart of accounts, cost centers, and accounting distribution Knowledge of invoice validation, approval workflows, and payment processes Good grasp of compliance requirements (audit readiness, documentation, internal controls) Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
