About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum and Agile methodologies to join our fast-paced team. You will be the driving force behind our project management processes, bringing much-needed structure and discipline to our operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing systems, managing timelines, and ensuring that our projects are driven by clear processes and priorities—not just by developers. Your technical understanding, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively with both developers and clients, will be crucial in steering our projects to successful and timely completion.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Agile project management
Proficiency with ClickUp and other project management tools
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and promptness
Excellent at maintaining decision logs, issue logs, and effectively summarizing meeting discussions
Detail-oriented with a focus on tracking progress and resolving issues
Experience leading teams of engineers
Ability to act as a liaison between developers and clients, translating technical details into business context
Experience in blockchain development is a plus
Familiarity with Gantt charts, ticket management, and quality dashboards
Calm and patient under pressure, with a knack for identifying and resolving blockers and dependencies
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute weekly sprints, conduct retrospectives, and lead daily standups
Ensure project timelines are met and progress is maintained
Accurately estimate timelines and manage ClickUp boards, Gantt charts, and tickets
Document all key decisions, issues, and dependencies to facilitate analysis and knowledge sharing
Build and optimize processes to enhance the project development lifecycle
Train and guide developers in adhering to new systems and processes
Maintain a firm stance on non-negotiable actions to keep projects on track
Coordinate with developers or subject-matter expert to resolve blockers and dependencies.
Compile and share daily updates with stakeholders.
