Position Overview:  We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Project Lead Developer to join our growing team. As the Project Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product development strategy. You should thrive in a startup environment, relishing the opportunity to build cutting-edge solutions and lead a team towards achieving our vision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and deployment of our flagship products from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and marketing to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Architect scalable and efficient solutions that meet the business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive technical decisions and provide sound judgment in balancing technical and business goals.
  • Implement best practices in software development, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them where relevant to advance our product offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with proven experience in leading projects or teams.
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React).
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Passion for startups and building world-class products that challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
  • Experience in fintech or accounting software development is a plus.
