This is a remote position.

Role by Experlio for Simplus

Experlio is looking to introduce a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to our client, Simplus.

This role requires proficiency in developing and supporting a diverse array of Salesforce CRM products. The successful candidate will work within a team to enhance product functionalities and integrate third-party solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regularly manage and resolve cases and tasks within specified service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform routine administrative and developmental tasks including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and comprehensive data management.
  • Support Salesforce.com data feeds and integration projects, including applications like AppExchange and Outlook.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between users, vendors, and technical development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document precise development requirements.
  • Engage in the design and review process of business and product requirements.
  • Provide consistent support for configuration changes, bug fixes, and moderate enhancements.
  • Serve as a supportive point of contact for junior developers and assist in project coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a demonstrated growth in technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical/Functional Skills: Strong skills in relational databases, object-oriented programming, and understanding of the software development lifecycle. Proficient in Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML, and experienced in Salesforce environments.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, effective communication skills, analytical thinking, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
