Project Coordinator


You will:


  • Understand Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Technical Teams: Act as a liaison between technical teams in different office locations to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress using project management tools, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.



You have:


  • 3+ Years of experience in business analysis, project management, or project coordination, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
  • Solid understanding of software development and web technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, including scope management, timeline development, and resource allocation.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
