Responsibilities/Role Description:

  • HVAC (~40% time)
  • Preventive & reactive maintenance of central HVAC system including Chiller, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Cooling Tower, Cooling Coil, Heat Recovery Wheel, Air Washer and Pumps & Motors.
  • Preventive & reactive maintenance of Split / Window AC units.

  • Keeping track of temperature across the floors and maintain the same as per prescribed standards.

  • Electrical (~40% time)

  • Preventive maintenance of Transformers, L.T. & HT. Panels, DG sets and other electrical appliances like UPS, Invertor, Motors, Meters etc.

  • Troubleshoot any reported fault in fixtures like Lights, Distribution Boards & Switches, Power plugs.

  • Miscellaneous (~20% time)

  • Maintaining and reporting daily logs of readings like temperature, energy consumptions, water, solar generation etc. as briefed by management from time to time.
  • Coordinating and assisting fellow technicians, vendors, sub-contractors and agencies hired by the organizations for building maintenance engineering services like lifts, fire fighting equipments, plumbing, effluent treatment plant (ETP)
  • Any additional work assigned by the management

Required Profile/Skills:

  • You should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in maintaining building engineering services
  • You should be ITI qualified, either in electrical or air-conditioning.
  • You must live within a 90 minute commuting distance from Nehru Place.
  • You should be ready to work in shifts including weekends.

Our standard working hours are from 9:00am to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:15pm on Saturday. Engineering team is expected to work round the clock in different shifts. This is a Delhi based position. Please do not apply for this job unless you currently live in Delhi/NCR.
