As a Managed Cloud Provider for Mission-Critical Enterprise Applications, Syntax excels in implementing and managing ERP deployments (Oracle, SAP) in secure, resilient, private, public, or hybrid cloud environmentsNote: Not required Freelancers and part time contractors.No of positions open 11)Shift timings: 3:30pm to 12:30am IST (Pan India)Location: Remote/(Work from home)Job Type: Fulltime (Syntax systems)Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities: -Manage multiple streams/teams to achieve customer requirementsLead public and private cloud hosting services installation, migration, and upgrade projects for external customers (working with internal and external teams to ensure contract is fulfilled on time and per customer requirements)The majority of projects will involve technical conversions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 hosted at SAP Cloud ERP Private (formerly RISE)Some projects will involve converting clients SAP landscape to S/4 on cloud hosting services at SYNTAXPublic cloud will include, but is not limited to, Azure and Amazon Web ServicesResponsible for all phases of the project (pre-sales planning, kickoff to go-live)Responsible for interpretation of customer contracts into deliverables for internal teamsLead project role for internal teams and customer throughout lifecycle of projectWork with customers and SYNTAX stakeholders to create and manage Detailed Project plansPublish status reportsTrack risks, issues, actions, decisions and manage escalations as neededHost regular project meetings and distribute meeting minutesContinuous updates to project resource forecast and compare to budgeted hoursMust be able to manage multiple concurrent projects of various project phasesEscalation managementRequirments:-Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldMinimum of 2 years’ experience leading transition projects of various size/scopeExperience leading projects with a matrixed team of resourcesPrivate & Public Cloud Hosting knowledge and experience requiredExperience in leading SAP upgrades and MigrationsExperience with SAP Cloud ERP Private (formerly RISE) preferredAWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or higher preferredAzure AZ900 Certification or higher preferredSAP product knowledge required; technical Basis experience preferredPMP certification preferred, PM training requiredExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsExcellent meeting facilitation skills, including via teleconference and web conferenceMust interact well with all levels of personnel, internally and externallyAdvanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Intermediate Microsoft Project experience requiredFluent English language skills requiredSome travel may be required to onsite customer location
