JOB DESCRIPTION :


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular and AWS to lead our development team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing both front-end and back-end development projects, ensuring high-quality code, and driving the technical direction of our applications. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Angular and AWS to architect scalable solutions and mentor junior developers.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Angular and AWS services.


- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, technical specifications, and deliverables.


- Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership and support.


- Review code, conduct pair programming, and enforce best practices to ensure high code quality.


- Implement and manage AWS infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.


- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies.


- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.


- Integrate third-party services and APIs, and manage application performance and scalability.


- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.


- Ensure the application of Agile methodologies and facilitate effective sprint planning and execution.


Required Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


- Extensive experience with Angular (version 2+), including Angular CLI and state management (e.g., NgRx).


- Proven expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB) and cloud architecture.


- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.


- Strong experience with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).


- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and application security practices.


- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.


- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.


- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).


- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform).


- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management.


- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.


- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
