Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphics - UI Animation Designer with expertise in creating product training videos, walkthroughs, and Lottie files. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in motion graphics and a passion for designing interactive and visually engaging content. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seamless UI animations, video tutorials, and product walkthroughs that enhance user experience and support product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create interactive UI animations for product features, walkthroughs, and training videos.
Develop and optimize Lottie animations for use across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute engaging product demos and tutorials.
Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, transitions, and sound to create polished and professional product walkthroughs.
Ensure animations align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive design language across all projects.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth integration of Lottie files and other assets into products.
Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, UI Animator, or similar role.
Proficiency in animation and design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Strong knowledge of Lottie file creation and optimization using Bodymovin or similar tools.
Experience creating training videos and product walkthroughs for web or mobile applications.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to animate micro-interactions and transitions.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design consistency and quality.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D animation software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
Knowledge of motion tracking, compositing, and rendering techniques.
Understanding of accessibility standards for animations.
