Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing and a deep understanding of performance-driven strategies, particularly within the real estate sector.This role requires a data first thinker who can develop and execute innovative campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager is responsible for creating and delivering great digital campaigns.Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager is expected to look at the measurement protocol, event tracking, custom dimensions, database marketing, marketing automation, DoubleClick advertising, Programmatic advertising, Google Analytics interface.Performance Marketing/Paid Media Manager prepares and implements media plans and other deliverables while providing digital media recommendations and solutions to clients.

Job Responsibilities:Create and execute strong digital media recommendations with supporting validationDevelop, execute, manage & maintain media plansOversee buys, analyze campaigns, and change recommendations to maximize performanceWork with cross-functional teams (Creative, Tech, Client servicing, etc.) to manage processesDesign and document analytics tracking specifications for various digital channels, including web, mobile apps, and micrositesStay current with Real Estate industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and competitive.Track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across teams; serve as contact for analytics/tracking requestsManage the testing, QA, QC, and debugging of tracking pixelsWork with business partners to ensure that all digital media is tagged and trackable so that standard reports can be created and sharedProduce clear and detailed client-facing reports to identify areas of opportunity to improve campaign performanceTake responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetCommunicate with clients about projects both remotely, and in-person

Skills Required:Ability to manage a teamStrong quantitative and analytical skillsSolid understanding of mathematical conceptsKnowledge and passion for all things Digital Media; SEM, SEO, Display, Analytics, etc.Understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirementsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and advance knowledge of ExcelManaging advertising pixels such as AdWords, Google Analytics, floodlights, etc.Debugging and identification of problems is essentialClear understanding on how to configure profiles and views, including goals, filters and other Google Analytics functionalitySolid understanding of event tracking and how this can be used effectivelyAbility to create clear and insightful reports using data from Google Analytics and other data sourcesExcellent Excel skills are an advantageAn excellent communicator and be able to present ideas, verbally and in writing

Experience Required:Possess bachelor's degree in technology, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or equivalent degree and related experienceProven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.Experience in an agency set up would add value to the roleCertification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
