Role Overview
As a Subject Expert & Program Lead, you will deliver multiple academic programs within your subject area through personalized, high-engagement instruction
Your responsibilities will include:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards of national and international boards
•Teach Reading, Writing, Grammar, Literature, and Comprehension across multiple grade levels
- Test Prep: SAT, IELTS, 11+, CAT and more country specific programs
•Prepare students for competitive/olympiad-level challenges
•Foster critical thinking, creativity, and appreciation for language and literature.
•Adapt teaching strategies to cater to different learning needs and cultural contexts.
•Provide constructive feedback, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic enrichment programs
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in the subject preferred (minimum: Graduate with proven teaching experience)
- Strong subject expertise in their subject
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Comprehensive Training: 2 months (compensated)
- Post- Training-: ₹3,60,000 CTC annually + performance-based incentives
- Work Hours: ~60 hours/week (6 days). Yes its intense but you'll love it
- Travel: Business-related allowance
