Position: Manager/ Assistant Manager


I.            Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant Kyriba Administrator with 4-5 years of experience working with the Kyriba treasury management tool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Kyriba modules and ensuring the successful execution of various tasks. 


The candidate shall be a part of our operations team and shall be responsible for services delivery in our Finance business line for multi-national clients operating primarily in the Middle Eastern region and will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and effective co-ordination with various stakeholders. 


The following list of key accountabilities provides an indication of the responsibilities that the candidate will be expected to own and successfully deliver:


1.          Admin / Core Module


  • Add new entities, banks and bank accounts in Kyriba.
  • Set up dual-admin functionality.
  • Create and manage access profiles, data permissions, and user groups.
  • Manage overall maintenance of the core module.


2.          Payment Module


  • Collaborate with banks for payment connectivity.
  • Finalize file formats with banks.
  • Configure SANDBOX.
  • Perform email testing of the configuration file with banks.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing.
  • Configure Kyriba for production.
  • Manage debit and bank account mapping in Kyriba.
  • Create user profiles, access permissions, and approval matrices.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing runs.
  • Provide stabilization support.
  • Address rejected payments from ERP and banks.
  • Update bank mandates in Kyriba.
  • Handle pending approvals and generate related reports for stakeholders


3.          Bank Module


  • Address bank rejections.
  • Manage BTC (Bank Transaction Codes) including addition and equivalence.
  • Provide Daily Bank Connection Status Report.
  • Handle the bank statement distribution to group companies.
  • Maintain the bank module, including the transaction ledger and stakeholder communications.


4.          Cash Module


  • Adding new cash reconciliation rule
  • Overall maintenance of cash module


II.          Ideal Candidate:


a.            Qualifications


  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce;
  • CA / CWA / CMA (IPCC/Inter/PE-II) or MBA (Finance)


b.            Experience

 

4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role


c.            Key attributes / skill

 

  • Strong understanding of treasury management, financial operations, and banking processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for Kyriba module management.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial data integration.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Kyriba administration is a plus.
