What we seek to accomplish together:

- Actively participates in the support of IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ, One Identity Safeguard, and Silver Fort.- Maintain and troubleshoot custom integrations with various applications, systems, and directories using API and connectors provided by SailPoint and One Identity.- Ensure data synchronization and establish seamless communication between different platforms.- Ensure the IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulatory standards.- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and integration details.- Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, and reports to meet business requirements.- Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution, and reduce future incidents.

Job Requirements:

- Experience with core IDAM technologies such as SailPoint, Safeguard, and silver fort.- Experience in IT Operations support roles following ITIL practices.- Experience with maintenance of SailPoint workflows (Joiner / Mover / Leaver / Approvals).- Experience with working with leadership and engineers.- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills- Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
