Job Title: IT Administrator

Job Summary:

The IT Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and security of our IT systems and infrastructure. This includes providing 24x7 IT support, managing IT assets, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing software renewals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience managing IT operations in a multi-location environment.


Key Responsibilities:


IT Support:

Provide IT support for all corporate offices and stores, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues.

Manage a team of IT support staff to handlead-hoc 24x7 support requests.


Vendor Management:

Follow up with IT vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware, software, and services.

Coordinate with ISP vendors to ensure on-time delivery of internet connections at various locations.


Asset Management:

Oversee the shipment and distribution of IT assets according to business needs.

Ensure timely delivery of IT assets by coordinating with courier vendors and tracking shipments to meet ETA.


Software Management:

Manage software renewals and licenses in line with business requirements.

Maintain an inventory of all software and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.


Financial Coordination:

Collaborate with the finance team on matters related to quotations, procurement approvals, and status of pending payments.

Ensure all IT-related financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date.



Security and Compliance:

Implement and maintain security policies to safeguard company data and systems.

Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.


Project Management :

Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with various departments to understand their IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions.


InfrastructureMaintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.

Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a multi-location environment.

Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security.

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Proven experience in managing IT budgets and financial processes.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
