UI Architect React Exp: 8+Yrs Location Hyderabad preferred, 2nd option Bangalore Exp in UI development and architecture. Exp in React-based enterprise applications. Exposure to aviation IT systems is highly desirable. The UI Architect React in the aviation domain is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance user interfaces for mission-critical aviation platforms (e.g., Crew Scheduling, Flight Operations). The role involves: Key Responsibilities Front-End Architecture Define and maintain UI architecture using React.js , ensuring modularity, scalability, and performance. Establish reusable component libraries and design systems aligned with aviation workflows. Implement responsive and accessible UI for complex aviation applications. Collaboration Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and backend architects to deliver seamless user experiences. Translate aviation business requirements into intuitive UI solutions. Performance & Security Optimize rendering performance for large datasets (e.g., flight schedules, crew rosters). Ensure compliance with aviation security and accessibility standards. Modernization & Governance Drive modernization of legacy UIs to React-based SPAs. Define best practices for UI development, code reviews, and architectural governance. DevOps & CI/CD Integrate UI builds into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , and Webpack . Collaborate on containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) for aviation platforms. Skills Required Technical Skills Core Technologies : React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. State Management : Redux, Context API. Build Tools : Webpack, Babel. Testing : Jest, Enzyme, Cypress. API Integration : RESTful APIs, GraphQL. Performance Optimization : Virtual DOM, lazy loading, code splitting. UI/UX Principles : Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG compliance). Domain Knowledge Aviation systems (TOPS, CROAMIS, Crew Management). Familiarity with FAA/EASA compliance and safety standards. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Certifications React or Front-End Development certifications. TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks. SAFe Agilist for scaled agile delivery.
