Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions on key topics in Cyber Security, including:
  • Network Security and Firewalls
  • Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
  • Incident Response & Forensics
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
  • Cryptography and Encryption
  • Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering
  • Cloud Security and DevSecOps
  • Security Compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
  • Design, update, and improve course content, lab exercises, and assignments to ensure relevance with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on training and real-world scenarios to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
  • Evaluate student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exams.
  • Offer mentorship and personalized feedback to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and tools, integrating them into training programs.
  • Assist in developing training modules for specialized areas like penetration testing, incident response, and secure software development.
  • Conduct webinars, workshops, and live demonstrations for trainees.
  • Collaborate with the training team and contribute to curriculum development and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, with a solid track record in hands-on technical roles (such as security operations, ethical hacking, incident response).
  • Proven experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in a cyber security setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of core Cyber Security concepts, including:
  • Firewalls, VPNs, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
  • Vulnerability management and patching
  • Penetration testing tools (Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite)
  • SIEM tools and incident handling
  • Network traffic analysis and threat intelligence
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to simulate and respond to attacks.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CISA) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Experience with virtual labs and online training platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹35,000.00 per month
