Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Java Backend Developer based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based backend applications. The developer will be responsible for implementing and managing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Other tasks include integrating data storage solutions, optimizing applications for maximum speed, and collaborating with front-end developers. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate
  • Familiarity with RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API design
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (an added advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
