We are looking for self-motivated, great team-players, and an enthusiastic and highly proactive Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing US Finance team. This role will involve working in general accounting functions including performing reconciliations, implementation of the various Company accounting procedures and ensuring the accuracy of the day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:· Work closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Support teams as needed to obtain information necessary to analyze and reconcile customer accounts.· Make sure that orders that are shipped are being fulfilled and invoiced in time.· Assist with managing and resolving billing and revenue operation.· Help with the collections efforts by emailing the customers and helping assist with gathering data on the accounts.· Create and complete reconciliations for the month end close.· Review the AR transactions, including daily lockbox payments, online payments, and other deposits and post to customer accounts as necessary.· Assist with month end close, audit requests and ad hoc projects as needed.· Assist customers by deep dive into their account when there are billing issues. (Contract rates and invoices sent to correct place)· Work on special projects to help the team.
Skills Required:· 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables).· Collaborative, flexible, adaptable, team-focused work style.· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.· Able to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.· Experience with NetSuite, 360SB, Expensify and Salesforce desired.
Education· Any Graduate/Post Graduates is preferred
