You'll conduct deep-dive research that uncovers what truly works in modern marketing.Beyond simply collecting examples, you'll extract the critical patterns driving exceptional results across industries.By analyzing high-converting messaging, ads, websites and landing pages, videos, and email campaigns, you'll provide our creative teams with both strategic frameworks and tactical inspiration - helping them understand exactly what resonates with audiences and why. We're looking for someone with exceptional pattern recognition abilities - a researcher who combines analytical precision with creative intuition.  You should be able to rapidly absorb information, identify meaningful connections others miss, and compile resources that directly impact our creative output. While formal qualifications are welcome, we value natural analytical talent, attention to detail, and an instinctive eye for what works best that can't be taught.
