Abroad Education Counselors
to support students aspiring to study in
Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Spain, Sweden, and other Schengen countries
.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about guiding students through the admissions, documentation, and visa processes and want to build a stable, rewarding career in the overseas education industry.
About Us
Keemaya Overseas Education Services is a trusted consultancy specializing in admissions to public and private universities across Europe. We provide end-to-end support, including profile evaluation, course shortlisting, application processing, document verification, offer and tuition assistance, and visa guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on admission opportunities in Europe, including program and university recommendations.
- Evaluate student profiles, budgets, and goals to suggest appropriate options.
- Guide students with documentation, SOP/LOR preparation, and application submissions.
- Coordinate with partner and non-partner universities for admissions and status updates.
- Support students with tuition fee payments, offer acceptance, and pre-departure preparation.
- Assist with visa application documentation and process guidance.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with changes in admission requirements, visa regulations, and university policies.
- Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and student events as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, especially for document verification and compliance.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Google Sheets, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Experience in counseling, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome and will be trained.
Salary Structure and Incentives
- Trainee Counselors (0–6 months):
Salary ranges from
₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month
, along with structured training and opportunities for early confirmation to a permanent role. - Junior Counselors (6–18 months):
Salary ranges from
₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
, with performance-based bonuses for achieving successful student enrollments. - Experienced Counselors (2+ years):
Salary ranges from
₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month
, with higher incentive slabs and opportunities to mentor junior team members or take on leadership responsibilities.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday off).
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Tenure and Growth
