Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, book closures, and statutory compliance
  • Handle audits, internal controls (ICFR), and working capital management
  • Lead treasury functions including banking, cash flow, and fund management
  • Ensure accurate TDS/TCS deduction, deposit, return filing, and advance tax compliance
  • Prepare monthly MIS, analyze P&L, and provide financial insights to management
  • Coordinate with consultants for assessments, appeals, and tax filings
  • Lead a team of 10 professionals and align finance operations with business goals

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 68 years of relevant experience + Minimum 3 years of team leadership in finance or accounting functions
  • Strong exposure to Manufacturing / Tyre / Automotive industries
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi
