What you will do

Perform Industrial Controls System cybersecurity security risk assessments, support cold eyes reviews and Unit internal audits on control system environment.Technical review and development of ICS system architecture, requirements gathering, project design specifications, and factory acceptance testing.Development of technical documentation, procedures and training modulesResearch, development, and review of emerging cybersecurity technologiesCollaboration with Houston-based and global site personnel.

About you

Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has a strong Engineering experience with Oil & Gas/ Upstream/ Product SolutionRequired Professional and Interpersonal Competencies:Minimum 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity field or Industrial Control SystemsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experienceVisionary who can reconcile competing requirements and clarify obscure objectives to form a unifying and viable strategyStrong influencer; able to drive alignment and results across functionsAble to work in an unstructured environment to identify key objectives and the actions required to achieve successEngage diverse perspectives and fuel discussion to optimize decision makingStrong problem solving and analytical capabilities; high results-orientationEffectively lead and supervise global team; able to manage workloads of othersStrong written and verbal communication skills; strong public speakerAbility to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in prioritiesPreferred Qualifications/ ExperienceRelevant security and controls concepts and processes, Strong knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteriaFamiliarity with industry standards: IEC 62443 Standards, NIST Cybersecurity FrameworkWorking knowledge of control and safety systems implementation and architecture is preferredUnderstanding of cybersecurity technical controls / solutionsFamiliarity with Enterprise IT and networking technologies is preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Internet Explorer Proficient in data collection and analysis with common database and software data analysis tools such as SAP, Analytics for Excel and Tableau
