Primary Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications and Business Technology teams to ensure Sitecore delivers exceptional user experiences.

- Implement Sitecore architecture, visualization, development processes, and adhere to best practices.

- Work alongside our team and website consultants in all stages of website design, development, testing/QA, deployment, and maintenance.

- Stay updated on industry and enterprise-wide trends to inform decision-making.

- Apply in-depth knowledge of Sitecore solutions to make informed decisions.

- Translate client business requirements into systems design.

- Develop high, mid, and micro-level plans and estimates for project tasks.

- Identify and manage project risks effectively.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent military experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, package implementation, and/or interactive design and architecture.

- Experience in delivering content management system (CMS) best practices and user experiences to support marketing and communication objectives.

- Demonstrated leadership in project management, handling complex projects concurrently.

- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with client executives and multitask within client teams.

- Experience in configuration planning, testing, change management, and support.

- Well-developed organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Technical Skills and Experience :

- Proficiency in designing and developing Sitecore-based web applications (Sitecore 9.3 and above).

- Familiarity with corporate information technology environments, including knowledge of information security, databases, and network security.-

- Experience in designing web applications and scripting.

- Understanding of CMS usage, including page/data templates, content types, workflow, and content authoring and approval processes
