Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead
We are looking for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead with one of our client a UK Product Firm at Kochi.
Years of exp: 5-7 Years
Shift: EMEA
Job Purpose: Lead the IAM team to design, implement, and improve IAM, PAM, PIM, and IGA solutions across internal and external applications, ensuring secure management of user identities and access permissions in both corporate and product environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver IAM solutions while ensuring SLAs are met for joiners, movers, leavers, and access change requests.
Resolve IAM-related issues and maintain a backlog of continual improvements.
Centralize account management and maintain an inventory of accounts and authorization systems.
Define and maintain role-based access control processes.
Automate IAM operations and controls to improve efficiency and security.
Manage SSO applications and collaborate with app owners for requirements gathering and implementation.
Conduct assessments, audits, and reviews to meet compliance requirements.
Mentor and train team members in IAM technologies and processes.
Work with security, compliance, legal, and privacy teams to ensure effective and secure IAM operations.
Flexible working hours may be required.
Key Deliverables:
Timely resolution of access requests with adherence to SLAs.
Implementation of IAM controls and frameworks.
Compliance with audit requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
Experience in CIAM, digital, and cloud identity (OAUTH, OIDC, API security).
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, cloud architecture, and IAM integrations.
Experience in Cyber Security with a focus on IAM, PAM, CIAM, and cloud-based IAM technologies.
Proven track record in delivering IAM strategies, managing projects, and leading teams.
Proficiency in IAM protocols (SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, 2-step verification) and systems (Azure Active Directory, AWS Active Directory).
Coding/scripting experience with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.
Knowledge of RBAC and PAM.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
