Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory and procurement processes.
  • Support project management initiatives by tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for operational audits and assessments.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations role or similar position, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
