Title: Developer (Amazon Connect Engineer)
Responsibilities:
Must have 5+ years of strong Fully hands-on with Amazon Connect
Deep understanding of contact center workflows and integrations
Proven experience in similar implementations Capable of leading technical design and guiding the engineering team
Experience in enterprise-scale contact center transformation projects
Proficiency in creating REST Apis using API Gateway and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB
Must have knowledge of LLM and Gen AI Models (AWS Bedrock)
Experience working with Terraform and Cloud Formation for deployment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in application support.
Experience working with Entity framework.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to document requirements and implement solutions effectively.
