Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Design Engineer at our Bengaluru / Hyderabad location.

The Physical Design Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to physical design, physical verification, logic design, circuit design, and RTL design.

The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of designs.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

- Understanding Analog Mixed Signal architectures and development flow


- You work in collaboration with RTL designer for optimizing the implementation, Power and Area targets.


- Floor planning, architecture definition and physical implementation against the RTL design


- Responsible for Implementation, Floor Planning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis, Timing and Power analysis, verification of the implementation (DRC/LVS/).


- Also work for digital block physical implementation from gate level netlist to GDS2.


- Collaborate with team in building sign-off Skills :


- Understanding of Synthesis and related constraints.


- Expertise in various phases of implementation Floorplan, placement, CTS, Routing, ECO, Verification (LVS/DRC).


- Good understanding of technology trade-offs in the lower technology nodes.


- Proficiency in TCL language


Nice To Have Skills and Experience :


- Cadence skill programming


- Other programming skills such as PERL and Python


- Good communication skills, oral and written.


- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible with strong inter-personal skills.


- You love working in a collaborative environment.


- You appreciate thematic linked to methodology and productivity : 4 - 7 years
