The candidate must be willing to undergo the compliance training offered by KPMG International, and must have a 'legal' bent of mind. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong soft skills like; interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills. Basic understanding of business and macro-economics. Interest and ability to write and edit business copy. Ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines, which may demand extended working hours. Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel. He/she will have to work on contents related to the contemporary business and financial world. Hence, a good awareness of the business and macro-economic environment is important. Interacting with peers in the sector units as well as with the design team. An understanding of design basics will be preferred, though not a pre-requisite.
