This role offers the rare opportunity tojoin our founding leadership teamand help build a scalable, tech-enabled global operations partner from the ground up.The RoleThis is not a typical Operations Manager role. As Operations Manager (Founding Team) , you will:Be thearchitect of our operating modelWork directly with the co-foundersBuild delivery capabilities across Finance, Payroll & Supply ChainDrive automation-led transformationLead client transitions and represent Eximius Next in international forumsYou will own theblank canvas of operations , with the autonomy todesign, experiment, and scalesystems that will define our success.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic (The Architect)Build and implement ascalable operational framework : KPIs, governance, quality controls.Leadclient solutioning and transitions— from scoping to steady state.Create aroadmap for AI enabled process automation.Represent Operations inCXO Level reviewsand strategic meetings.Tactical (The Builder)Lead, mentor, and grow amulti-domain operations team.Act as theprimary escalation pointfor clients and delivery challenges.Standardize processes,solve complex problems hands-on , and stabilize transitions.Drive aculture of ownership, improvement, and innovation.Build new practicesand new domainBe the partnerin Eximius growthWho You AreMore than 10 yrs experiencein BPM/Shared Services, with deepF&A expertise(AP, AR, R2 R) and exposure toPayroll/Supply Chain.A proven leader: you’re as comfortable creating a process map as you are leading a team meeting.Strong intransitions, project governance, and client-facing delivery.Entrepreneurial,energized by a blank canvasand hands-on problem-solving.Tech-savvy: familiar with AI, RPA, ERP, BI tools, and automation practices.An exceptional communicator, confident withinternational CXO clients.Qualifications & TraitsEducation:Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Operations; MBA preferred.If you’reentrepreneurial, proactive, and thrive in startup pace , this role offers ownership, global exposure, and a fast-track into senior leadership.
